Our experience was absolutely incredible. From the initial meeting with Andy Smith, to our builder Henry Williams, to our designer Emily Canada and all of the care team in between. This is my second time building with HD and it was even better this time around. I specifically want to mention our builder, Henry Williams. Every single thing we asked of him, he did and did it promptly. He was a pleasure to work with and truly built my husband and I a beautiful home. If you get the chance to have Henry as your builder, consider yourself lucky!

A last minute walkthrough for us since we lived out of town, but the staff was quick to add final touches and details. I like the fact they offered assistance if we had any issues while we move in over the next couple of weeks.

Wayne was an excellent home builder for us - went above and beyond in many ways. Even at our final walk the day of closing he was on the floor scraping some glue off the hardwoods just to make sure the home was spotless.
Henry was a great builder he was as very thoughtful when talking to me since this was my first house. I really do appreciate the work he put in and love my house.

Communication by far exceeds any build we’ve ever done. This is our 4th build and our easiest. Bryan Burgess was super responsive, he was at our lot constantly and abreast of things most times before we were.
Nate and Zac were super responsive and truly went above and beyond throughout the build process to make sure every detail was taken care of. Alec was friendly and helpful and I would highly recommend the whole team!

We are super excited about our new Harris Doyle home!! Our first home was newly constructed also and was built by DR Horton. Needless to say the experience was not good and I’m being nice about that comment. From beginning to end Mr. Henry (the builder) was superb and kept us informed of every step and ALWAYS was accommodating to our concerns. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience during this entire process.

The experience was very smooth, the day we met Kristie, they did show us different lots with patience and did make our decision ver easy, also the design center people also were very patient, they revised our options multiple items without any issue…overall it is a very smooth process…
