I had been looking for the ideal property for years - evaluating thousands of them on my phone as they came in. When the ideal property finally came, I clicked the button on the website to learn more about it and in minutes received a call from William (Bo) who in short order had written up and secured a purchase agreement. When I made the 3.5 hour drive to inspect the property, I texted Bo to confirm my decision to move forward with the purchase and inquired about making my good faith deposit. Bo (on his day off) met me at the office so that I could do so. The closing process went smooth as well as Bo provided me with timely updates and even went out of his way let me know about the bad winter storms that they were having allowing me to close online as opposed to driving up in bad weather to do so. Bo helped me secure property that I had been wanting for years - and I very much appreciate that.
