You all do such a great job of caring for my babies when we are out of town. They love staying at Camp Bow Wow!

I love how friendly the staff is, I love being able to watch my pup on the cameras, and I love that he is safe and happy the whole time I'm out of town!

They love the dogs and their humans so much! Daily play was a great day for Georgia and we will return next week. Started the group training last night with Claire and I’m feeling hopeful about MY training!!!

I came to this location of Camp Bow Wow to complete my dog's assessment for boarding at a Camp Bow Wow located in Mobile, Alabama. In the Atlanta area, we are regular customers of a competitor, It's a Dogs Life. Initially, my comparison was based upon It's a Dogs Life vs. Camp Bow Wow Duluth and wow that comparison is day and night. However, after boarding my dog at Camp Bow Wow Mobile, I can now say that the Duluth Camp Bow Wow is hugely disappointing and a poor representation of your "brand." #1 - the lobby of the Duluth location is crammed full of merchandise (toys, dog food, collars) to the point of being overwhelming. Indeed, it is so packed full that you cannot see in or out of the lobby windows and the whole lobby feels dirty and cramped. #2- the Duluth location lobby reeks, seriously. When I left my clothing and hair stank and my dog had to have a bath after a mere 3 hour visit. #3 - customer service was poor and excruciatingly slow (in fact, I was late for an appointment as a result). #4 - policies are nickel and dime. No one told me that my dog had to have a collar and name tag to attend her boarding temperament test. As a direct result, I had to buy an overpriced collar and name tag from the Duluth location simply for my dog's test. It's a Dogs Life in Johns Creek, GA tags every dog and cat with a temporary collar containing a printed name for FREE at every board, daycare, and groom. In sum, will I revisit or recommend Camp Bow Wow Duluth - NO WAY, NO HOW. Will I revisit or recommend Camp Bow Wow Mobile, Alabama, ABSOLUTELY YES.

We are new to Camp Bow Wow. We love how happy our Lizzie is when she goes to play…she doesn’t even look back! We haven’t used all the services offered, but it’s nice having them available. We have used both half day and full day, and will soon use boarding. It’s also fun to watch her with her friends on camera!

Your assistant manager really berated me about my six month old puppy being an aggressive player. It felt like she was shaming me. It made me feel incredibly unwelcome. I had kind of hoped for an apology, but it’s been three days and no word.

We LOVE Camp Bow Wow Duluth! The counselors are so friendly and love our pups like their own. We’ve had only positive experiences with the groomer who always has helpful suggestions to guide us to a better grooming routine. Claire is THE BEST and helped us so much with training Maple. She’s always there to answer our questions and problem solve whatever new behaviors appear. Maple can hardly contain her excitement walking in the door and is the happiest dog on Camp days and we are so thankful for Camp Bow Wow Duluth!
