I just requested my 2nd service call after being a customer for almost 40 years.
The 2 service personnel from Merry Hill replaced the leaky valve, relite the gas logs, and repositioned the box for the remote control. They were very nice and explained how the remote has to be at a certain position to work. The office personnel are very patient and helpful especially when I have to decide which prepurchase plan will work for me.

I had an issue with my pre-buy account. The staff at Baker Gas listen to my concerns and upon investigation, the issue was resolved. The Manager, Mr. Tommy White looked into the issue and used my account history and good common sense in resolving it. The office person, Mrs. Cindi Stancil was very helpful in providing me with information that I requested. I would highly recommend Baker Gas to anyone in Martin County and the surrounding area. Baker Gas still has that home town attitude even though it is owned by a large corporation. Again, Thank you Mr. Tommy White and Staff for resolving my issue,
