I just requested my 2nd service call after being a customer for almost 40 years.
The 2 service personnel from Merry Hill replaced the leaky valve, relite the gas logs, and repositioned the box for the remote control. They were very nice and explained how the remote has to be at a certain position to work. The office personnel are very patient and helpful especially when I have to decide which prepurchase plan will work for me.
I am extremely pleased with the entire staff. For whatever reason, my auto fill wasn't updated and of course, we ran out of gas. It was just a few days before Christmas and it was Chilly! Dot jumped thru hoops and the driver made the delivery that same day!. He even called to make sure he had the right cabin. I couldn't be more pleased. Thanks again. Don
