Positive things about the changes initiated with the arrival of Superior Propane are as follows:
1. Routine monitoring of the propane tank.
2. Receiving a text message when the tank is refilled.
3. The ability to pay electronically.
4. Providing an app to keep track of usage
The only issue I have is notification about annual maintenance. We lease our tank and received an invoice stating annual maintenance was done on the tank. When I called the local service department about the maintenance process, I was informed no actual maintenance was completed. The invoice is generated for annual lease payment. It would be helpful to include this information on the invoice to avoid the impression some type of inspection or maintenance was actually performed.
Been with Sandhills Propane for over twenty years. No complaints. Everyone I dealt with, in the past, has been pleasant and helpful.
