I like the atmosphere at the North Canton Y. The staff are always friendly and helpful. Facility is clean and pleasant to use. Machines are well maintained and repaired quickly when needed. And my fellow members are a really nice bunch of folks! Couldn't ask for more.

Love the YMCA!! The men's steam room could use an upgrade, something to consider at the next board meeting.

It's fun and gives me something to do rather than sitting around at home. It keeps me active and there’s so many classes and options to choose from. But I really enjoy the hot tub, sauna and steam room.

I like the staff at the North Canton Y, especially the aquatic group. I would love to see more water aerobics classes, perhaps at some additional times, like they used to have in the early evening.
I think it would be great if you would use a text notification like the Lake Y. If a class is cancelled you get text notification . This is on land classes and they have a great offering of land classes.

The childcare watch staff is phenomenal! They know and love the the kids! It obvious they love their job!

I always feel welcome when I go to the NC Y. I go in the side door and whoever is sitting there is always welcoming and smiling. The facility is clean and well-kept. But what I love most is Nicole's zumba class. It is honestly the reason I have been a member for 10+ years. She keeps me coming back with her fun style and approach to fitness. She is inspirational, takes a minute to tell us to love our bodies, (which is often hard to do on my own), and I always leave there feeling better than when I went in.

I’ve been going to the North Canton YMCA for nearly 5 years. Every time I visit it’s a positive experience. The staff are professional, polite and always very attentive and helpful.

The equipment is always in good condition and kept clean. I no longer live as close to this location and have one closer but still frequently visit because it just feels like home.

The facility is clean, staff is friendly, and the variety of exercise options are great. It would be nice to have pickleball options in the evening for those who work.

I love the atmosphere and the equipment, however, the toilets in the girls family restroom are disgusting. The whole bathroom needs to be updated. The toilet seat in the handicap side is hideous and embarrassing. In fact, all the toilet seats in both locker rooms need replaced.
