The morning receptionist is warm and welcoming. She is the first person one sees in the morning and she makes me feel like I belong there. I have yet to come across any staff or member who is unkind. The Eric Snow Y feels like home.

What do you like about your Y Experience?

I was just there to observe my grandkids in swim lessons and was impressed with the non-crowded spaces which looked to be new and in great shape. The staff were exceptionally friendly - all a refreshing change from the Y I normally use.

I like the Availabilty of the pool area. It's frustrating to have a membership but not be able to access the pool ie... North Canton. The place is also always very clean and well maintained.
