First, Jordaan gives excellent haircuts. She and everyone who works there are friendly and the premises look clean and interesting. However, now that it’s colder, they need a coatrack.
Liza was great. I’m retired Navy and when I told her that I wanted a barber not a stylus she cut my hair the way I have done since the military. Shaved my neck and trimmed my eyebrows. 👍👍👍👍👍

Fast, professional service
Services by a tiered menu system, generally push said service to become too expensive. Since Floyd’s is a franchise, I could walk in to any location, see and hear the same sound and images. My point being, that makes the individual barber/stylist the difference maker. Consider allowing for more financial wiggle room to increase the gratuities to employees by dropping prices. It won’t be long before having your head shaved will cost $100 that includes a very feeble tip. Always remember, historically, that $4 per gallon is when people start looking at alternate modes of transport.
