What stood out the most to me was how comfortable the chair was and how it was nice having the shampoo bowl right there and I didn’t have to get up and walk from one place to the next.
Lynn was very professional while shampooing and cutting my hair paying attention to detail and making the conversation fun and personal with out being awkward or forced.
Also the level of the music was perfect unlike other locations where I felt like I was at a rock concert and left with a headache.
