The people, first and foremost, are always friendly and attentive as soon as I walk in-especially my stylist, Caroline W. in Windsor. The product line you carry is cutting edge and fresh and I enjoy being able to try before you buy with the help and guidance from my professional stylist.
Easy to schedule an appointment. Caroline understood my needs for a haircut and beard trim. She was customer focus and very engaging as we had a good conversation during the visit. Loved the atmosphere including the musical icons all along on the walls. Appreciate the extended hours making it easier and more convenient to visit.
