Our dogs genuinely love coming here. Our rescue dog typically takes a while to warm up to people, but she could barely wait for the gate to open so that she could say hello to everyone. Her highest compliment is "circle wags," and she makes them non-stop when she sees the staff. We enjoy that we can check in on our dogs through the app. When we are gone for more than a few days, it's wonderful to sign the dogs up for some extra one-on-one time. I was delighted when I received photos of our dogs from their most recent one-on-one, and you could just tell they were SO happy. I can't say enough good things about Camp Bow Wow!

Really friendly, caring staff and I have always received exceptional service. Nova has the best time at CBW and is so excited when she realises she is heading there. Love the range of special activities and events set up for our furry companions to enjoy - my photo of wizarding Nova is my absolutely favourite! CBW’s easy and convenient app lets me quickly manage Nova’s camping bookings and grooming needs. I love being able to check in on her through the webcams. All in, a brilliantly comprehensive dog care service that provides me peace of mind Nova is being cared for in a home away from home.

I really liked everything about dropping my dog off. I was impressed with the cleanliness of the facility. The staff was really friendly. The only suggestion I have is that when the dogs are in the play yard, give them some balls or some kind of engagement. The staff member that was out there did a fantastic job of keeping the yard clean, but all the dogs just constantly gathered around her and she just had her hands on her hips the whole time.
