Everything was good
I like working out on the bikes, rowing machines, going swimming, exercise classes and meeting people.
You feel safe and the cleanliness of the facility. My issue is the temperature of the small pool for us older ladies during water aerobics our skin is thinner and it is uncomfortable and cold.
Everyone is friendly, lots of activities, classes and programs. We live the gym, swimming and pickle ball
Staff are all friendly. Willing to helping with any questions including how to use equipment. It is always clean. They have innumerable scheduled classes and activities available.

The Lakewood YMCA is a great facility with all the different sports and equipment that anyone would need. The lap swim in the pool is open at all the times I need.

Staff is friendly, equipment is new and well maintained and option of sauna or steam room is a bonus.
I’m mostly downtown between the two locations on market Street and I appreciate them both.

The Lakewood Y is everything you need & want in a GYM. And the PEOPLE are GREAT!!!
Front desk staff are friendly. They always acknowledge you coming in or leaving. The housekeepers keep the locker areas clean and wiped up after leaving the swim area. The instructors that I have had for Swim aerobics and Commit Fitness are energetic and enjoy teaching their class.

Always friendly. As I recently rejoined, I got a email saying I could have free guests yes membership I guess. I lost the email I believe, but I had responded directly to it twice putting in the three emails of friends, my girlfriend and her girls. But your system must’ve lost it in my email from you. Also, I can’t find.

Friendly staff, clean facilities, excellent equipment and convenient hours.
So many things to do and join all included in the price. Any regular gym does not have those as options. It’s a beautiful facility as well! I’m impressed!
I have been going to the YMCA on and off for the past 30-40 years depending on what state I was in at the time. In ever YMCA that I have been a part of i have always been treated nicely. I love the staff and all the amenities. I will always be a YMCA woman! 😊❤️

Needs more swim instructors in level 3. 1 instructor can’t sufficiently handle more than 4 kids .
