Not going to this Y in the last year but enjoyed the group exercise classes, hot tubs, pool, cardio exercise equipment and strength training equipment. It's cleaner than some of the others and friendly as in all of the Y's.

Coach Akbar was so wise, patient and kind with all of the kids and parents. We were so happy that our son’s coach was so amazing! He learned and improved A LOT in such a short time.

The front desk staff is so welcoming. They always say good morning upon arrival.
I really love my yoga instructor Patti. She is so attentive and compassionate when she individually corrects our movements. She guides us gently and respectfully. The way she teaches makes us feel supported due to clear instructions. On top of that, she has an amazing physique (beautiful spine/posture). It's clear that she truly practices what she preaches. She is absolutely amazing!

Both of my kids learned to swim there, with one being a lifeguard during high school. My son later earning two varsity titles for swimming. My kids learned so many life lessons at this Y.
It’s convenient, friendly, clean. Equipment is in Excellent condition with a variety. The track is easy to walk, and you have a lot of handicapped parking spaces. Having an elevator is useful to get up stairs to more equipment is helpful for days you are having a harder time getting around. Having a space for childcare for parents is nice too.
Kim was fantastic during the walkthrough tour and helping schedule both of our kids for new programs. We are very pleased with the facilities and the staff at both the Puyallup and Lakewood locations!
