I enjoy being among people of all ages when I come to the Y. Everyone, staff and members, is friendly and considerate. The equipment is clean and in good repair. I feel comfortable among so many people of different fitness levels all doing their best to be healthy.
Beautiful facility. Wonderful staff. Diverse clientele makes everyone feel welcome. All the equipment I need with rarely any waiting. I have no need for the childcare but still enjoy having kids around.

Everyone is so kind. The aqua HIIT was the so nice. The teacher was great! Everyone in the class was following the teacher. There were no conversations going on in the pool. To see the life guards walking around. I am definitely impressed with the facility. I never realized how nice the YMCA in Puyallup was. So clean. Thank you
Staff is very welcoming. The facility is clean. Pretty good variety of classes offered but the times sometimes conflict with what I want to take. I would like to have the chair yoga class be one hour and having 10 mins between classes would be nice so I don't have to leave early or arrive late.
When I submit information about equipment that needs attention it takes a very long time or is not addressed. An example is the new fan in the spin room. It is not being turned on because it is loud and not adjustable, making it rather uncomfortable during the class. All in all I feel the Y is a good facility and it meets my needs.

I enjoy the exercise equipment pool, track and classes, but you can go to other gyms for that for less money. What makes the Y home to me is the friendships, fellowship and community spirit and the opportunities to serve as a volunteer.
My kids are having fun with all of the activities. Sometimes staff should intervene sooner when kids are fighting.

Love the lap pool, kids pool, hot tub, steam room, the variety of weight training equipment & machines, the large amount of lockers, the drop-in workout classes (pilates, etc.), the fact they allow a "masters swim group", swim lessons that they offer for all ages, and the walk/run track with windows looking both inside & outside.
