Absolute BEST doggy daycare!!! The staff treat our two dogs lome their own! Our dogs are always so happy and content upon picking them up from a day at Camp Bow Wow Bear Creek. We love and appreciate the staff beyond measure!!!

I feel like my dog is well taken care of while there! The staff is very polite and there is a staff member in the play area's. That person is NOT sitting somewhere on their cell phones. They watch the dogs! I like that there is a webcam so I can look in and see how my dog is doing. I have already referred the Bear Creek Camp BW to three of my friends. Keep up the good work! The staff gets five stars in my book!

The staff is fantastic! was so nervous about my dogs behavior because she can be so unpredictable in new environments. Staff was able to ease her in and make her comfortable! The live cameras are a plus too!

I liked how the camp counselors included me in the interview process and explained to me the why behind their process. They were very transparent. Secondly, the webcams are not an extra paid service and there isn’t this “top secret” process to see your own pet. This tells me they are not hiding anything. Lastly, I want to call out I didn’t smell “dog” or urine when entering the building. The lobby was clean and welcoming.

I use this location as well as another and like that the Bear Creek location is a bit smaller, which to me means more attention and less doggie energy for her to be overwhelmed with. The staff is always friendly and communicative and I feel they care about me and my dog. My Talia loves Camp Bow Wow!
