Your counter people listened. They told me what they were going to do and then they did it. If something went wrong they didn't leave me in the dark, hanging, not knowing, and having to call them for updates. They communicated the way a business should with their customer. Bad news should always travel faster than good news in business. Im glad your business gets it!!

Secondly is the business getting me “in the door” with a reasonable price and then going into pressure sales to guilt a customer to drop 3-5 x the amount every visit.

Thirdly I listen to to the employees discussions, are they dising the company? A boss? Their wife or gfriend? A co worket? That alone would keep me from returning.

I took my vehicle to Christian Brothers Automotive and it was a great experience. I will definitely be bringing my vehicle to be serviced there again. Everyone was so nice and helpful, plus they had a courtesy drop of service where they took me back home while my vehicle was being worked on. The communication was great as I received text messages through the service to keep me updated on the progress. I will not be going back to my dealer as they over charge to do work on my vehicle. I highly recommend having your vehicle serviced at Christian Brothers!

Professional, very kind, prompt, constant update communication - way way above the average customer service norm. The offer of their shuttle service to accommodate my scheduled appointments was another helpful reason I will recommend and certainly return.
Staff was very helpful and owner took time out to introduce himself. I have always taken my Volvo to the dealership for service and repair (over 22 years) but their inability to see me for 10 days led me to Christian Brothers. Car was repaired and returned within 24 hours and at a lesser cost. ABSOLUTELY RECOMMEND CHRISTIAN BROTHERS AUTOMOTIVE!!

I took my sons car into them and theire diagnostic price was very fair. They took the time to explain to me what needed to be done and did not pressure us at all to get the work done there. They saw that his car is likely totaled and were transparent with that fact, not wanting to waste our money! I so appreciated their honesty and transparency! We will be back!

The repairs were explained and costs were provided. Once the work was acknowledged I think the diagnostic fee could have been absorbed in the total price. Courtesy car was an important inclusion. Appreciated the note from the service tech..Work was done in a timely manner, and updates via text or phone were greatly appreciated

Christian Brothers Auto is an awesome place to get your car worked on. They are very nice and get things done very quickly. They are not pushy like a lot of other places and do not take advantage of us females and charge extra. They show you things that need to be done with the prices and you tell them what you want done. That is all they will do. They have my business forever. I am so glad I used them. They have free shuttle service, too. I was going through Vertigo real bad when my car was ready. They came to pick me up and had the service manager drive my car home. They would not let me drive. That is what I call awesome service. I recommend them to anyone and everyone that needs a good automotive place. I thank God for sending them my way. I just can't say enough about this place and everyone that works there.
