As an employee not only do we have flexible hours. But if we have something important going on we have a very kind and understanding boss who not only will alternate our schedule at the last minute but will go out of her way to verify if we need further assistance. The admin assistant is a very kind individual who is always ready and able to call and guide us with any problems we face. Sometimes the client and caregiver will run late for a shift switch, and the admin has always been understanding and would inform the following caregiver of the changes. Everything we do as employees is the best for our clients. Thats why I enjoy working for this company.

Management is so caring and compassionate. They always try to make sure you have work. You’re flexible to your schedule.
