Love the track, bicycle/treadmill room. Have used the pool in the past which was very good too.
It was very well ran . Smaller classes. My daughter learned so much and loved her instructor!!
I like the variety of programs especially the cardio, strength & restorative classes. Some of them however are getting too crowded. I would like to see more of these classes.

i love all the yoga offerings. Classes are at convenient, after work times and the instructors are exceptional!

I belong to a water aerobics group (not a class) of seniors that meet 2 or 3 times a week. We do our own exercise routine which lasts 45 to 60 minutes. We really appreciate the pool at the Y. The members feel this exercise not only helps them physically, but also socially and the group have become friends.
I like the small class sizes, and the instructor was great!

High quality instructors for group fitness and Yoga. Really great group-friendly, motivating, supportive and knowledgeable. Love the options such as exercise in the park during summer and at the outdoor city pool. The air conditioning needs improvement in the building. Group fitness classes have outgrown the space and need more weights and equipment

It’s a good place to go for physical activity such as the weight room, pool, and aerobic exercise and see many friends as well.
The classes you offer for the Parkinson’s group are awesome. We are very thankful you offer these.
It’s been so wonderful having the Y manage the outdoor pool this year. It’s so much more organized and efficient. I also feel safer with my kids there because the lifeguards seem to be much more attentive, yet friendly at the same time. I like that there are a variety of classes to choose from and the option for childcare at times. I also appreciate the community events and what seems to be the YMCA’s commitment to our community.
I don’t do a lot of programs, mostly just use the equipment. But love that and support that so much is offered.

I love the classes in the fall through the spring. The convenience and price are good too.
