I loved the way the coach engaged with the kids and tried to include the student's Interests into the game. Like asking the kids feedback on what they want their team name to be. Letting them name their team "team Charizard" (after a pokemon) for example. And she also helped get them excited about learning skills by breaking it down into smaller tasks and fun goals such as pretending they're dinosaurs dodging "volcanos" (cones) on the field.The use of imagination was very helpful for our child's learning experience and his outlook on the game. I also liked the gentle encouragement to help their team (but not pressure) from the coach both when kids were and weren't engaging. You could tell the coach really wanted to understand and help her students enjoy playing. I would definitely do it again! Our son went from crying through the whole class at the beginning of the season to exclaiming with a "yay!" By the end of the season when we told him it was time for soccer shots. Though he was skeptical at first, our 4 yr old told us he "likes playing soccer now" and would want to sign up again. I think his review speaks for itself.

The program is so attentive to the kids age group! I can’t say enough excellent things about Coach Sarah! She was so patient with the little ones! We did soccer in the spring with PlayPen Academy— Soccer Shots blows them out of the water! Night and day difference. Thank you!!!!!

We love how you equip our kids with specific skills that they are able to apply in a game setting to be more competitive, and we love the encouraging environment and emphasis on good sportsmanship!

I like thats its well rounded. Soccer shots teaches the skills as well as sportsmanship and its all age appropriate. I like that it yikes up to a game. The kids like the swag too.
