Very friendly staff and clean facility

I absolutely love this ymca! It is clean, up to date with friendly staff. I love how I can get my workout in on the machines I need to. I highly recommend the YMCA!

Open early and late. Facility including locker rooms are clean. Staff is pleasant and helpful.

Friendly nice people working. Great workout equipment and a good selection of classes. Excellent personal trainers.

I like the wide variety and floor space of the fitness equipment. However, please change the music played in the large fitness room. The current music is stale, monotonous, boring and repetitive. Also, please discontinue the old, serial TV programs and cooking shows and set the stations for sport programs. Thanks.

There is always room at the machines during the day.

It is a wonderful place for seniors (like myself) to stay healthy. The staff is efficient, equipment is new and easy to use, and the hours for use is plentiful.

The gym for basketball

I love the room with the machines in the Quick Start class, Perfect for a senior person. Also, the staff at the Y is very pleasant and friendly.

I like the group classes.

There are programs and equipment, state of art and almost for all the needs in a fitness center. The multitudes of programs for all categories from the youngest to the oldest generate a dynamic and positive atmosphere and family feeling.

The Scottsdale, Y is well equipped and well staffed. And, the low cost make it a no brainer. Smart people appreciate the value it provides.

The people are friendly. I like the classes and the facility.

Everyone is friendly and there are lots of activities to engage in if you so desire.

I like to go all the time. I can go morning, noon or afternoon. I have figured out when it's busier but I like to have people around me to motivate me. When it's pretty empty, I can do all my machines for weights and then do some treadmill, elliptical, or bike. I can watch TV on my machine or a huge TV which is always on with something interesting. There are all kinds of people at the Y. People my age, 62, much younger, and older and all types of fitness levels. There is something for everyone. Some people are lifting heavy weights or working with a trainer. Some couples work out together, etc.
I am glad I joined the Scottsdale, YMCA.

Great atmosphere of friendly and skilled staff, along with welcoming members. Facilities, equipment and classes are great as well. I’ve belonged to other much more expensive gyms in the area, but now that I’ve joined the Y I’ve found the best!

I love that. It’s flexible with other sports and schedules. Coach Will and Montae are wonderful!!! They both make it so fun for the kids!!!

The transition from after school childcare to the enrichment classes makes it easy for the kids & on the parents.
