The Valley of the Sun YMCA is very well run, the perfect place for Laurel and I to maintain our good health and energy. They offer many opportunities for all ages of people to achieve personal goals in maintaining or improving their physical lifestyle.

We love our experience at the Y! Our kids are safe, well cared for and have such a wonderful experience. There are always activities they look forward to each day. From building contests to games in the studio, they are always kept active and engaged! We all have nothing but great things to say about their teachers, who truly care about each of our children. The Y has become an important piece of our family's support system!
Lovely senior citizens having a pleasant workout without all of the young male testosterone flooding the place.
The why is a warm friendly place and people are always so kind. It is the best place in Scottsdale. I intentionally bought my condominium across the street in the parking lot so that I can get there easily. I love so many things about the way, but the people are number one the best!

It is clean and has all the equipment that I like to use.
The active older adults classes but he one on Monday and Wednesday is too crowded. It requires arriving 30 minutes early to guarantee a spot.
Machines are good
Josh is a great trainer. He really listens. He comes up with unique and different ways to work out. The entire staff is so friendly. More folks need to know all that this Y has to offer.
