Silver Sneakers classes! Great workouts, great instructors, great participants. Excellent opportunity to meet fellow seniors who still actively participate in life. The variety of classes ensures that there’s something to suit everyone’s interests and abilities. Robin Ozz, instructor, is SUPERB!!

I would very much refer this YMCA to other people. The weight room in very nice and very seldom have to wait for any machine. Also they have a good variety of activities for everyone of all ages.

The Aquatics Department excells year after year with knowledgable and friendly staff. I am not familiar with your methadolgy of selecting those particular employees but you seem to have a very effective process. I have seen many other fitness centers and not one even comes close to what you accomplish in this particular department.
I really like my Tai Chi class and our teacher Jim. Also, the staff is extremely helpful and are fun conversationalists.

Spacious, clean and well equipped fitness room. It is never crowded and there is not loud music playing, which is so nice
Lots of programs for people of all ages, including dedicated Pickleball use of the gym 5 days per week, and programs for kids and adults.

The Seniors class the instructors. Do not like the video on Silver Sneakers. The video the woman shows no personality, like a robot and the music was awful.
Very friendly employees. It is always very clean and has lots to offer. I like that they accommodate my age group, over the hill crowd.😀
A wonderful place that is helping me to age well. They serve our community in so many important ways. I learned how to swim at the Syracuse YMCA back in the sixties. The"Y" will always be a beloved memory and I am happy to be part of it whether age seven or seventy! Yours truly, Marilyn Kafka

I really enjoy the atmosphere, the staff are very welcoming. I enjoy using the fitness room, it's never crowded when I am there and if it is I am still able to workout. I enjoy using the gym to practice basketball with my child. I like the variety of classes that are offered to help with my healthy lifestyle.
