It is not crowded and people seem to be friendly. Lots of equipment and so not often someone is using what you want to use. The staff is very helpful and friendly.

The staff are friendly, the machines are always clean and functional, and the Valley of the Sun YMCA is in a beautiful location where you can exercise and look out at a gorgeous forest.
Flagstaff YMCA is wonderful to the Senior citizens. The manager, John, always accommodates our Flagstaff Dancin Grannies. The staff are so kind.

FLAGSTAFF YMCA
Although I have only taken exercise classes, the Y is more than I anticipated. The checkin staff are competent and friendly, the place is clean, and the classes are just what I was asking for at the moment
