The water classes have been phenomenal! Both instructors have a different style but makes for a great experience!
The instructors, Jeri and Betsy, really know the body well and clearly care about all the participants ability to follow at individual levels. The Y groups I am in are very caring and supportive people and it's like being in a small family.
They work amazing with my son and he has the best time there. They also offer the sports that my son is interested as well as swim lessons which is an added bonus! I would definitely recommend this YMCA for sure.

Love the Silver Sneakers classes there. Keeps me going and have made some good friends there. Jeri is an excellent instructor.

I like the variety of workouts I am able to complete here. The equipment is adequate for my needs. This location is very convenient for me. I did recommend this gym to my spouse. However, they would not join due to the irrevocable photo release in the membership agreement. I suggest you change this so that members may discontinue participation in photographs at any time.

My daughter absolutely loves it here and loves all her teachers and the staff. Everyone is so sweet and helpful, definitely worth it to bring her here everyday.
