The front desk is very welcoming and the gym is clean and has everything you need.
All the classes are wonderful. I recently started taking adult exercise and the instructor is fantastic he is very knowledgeable and friendly.

I went to Tempe Y and I was so disappointed after seeing the Chandler Y. Tempe needed updating every where. The landscaping is pitiful. We need more plants on south side and start watering the grass as it’s dead . The outside garbage can was overflowing and has a dirty top. The restrooms and shower area are so old and needs a make over. The plaques ( our family has 4) with people name on them look ridiculous because they don’t match. Please get the executives on the board to do something about this. It’s embarrassing.
I like the basketball class for kids. My kids enjoyed the class, the coach is very nice.
They are always so helpful when we I need to talk to someone at the front desk.
Knowing most of the staff on a first name basis is great!

The Y experience is amazing from the kids summer camp to my membership. I love the gym , very clean and spacious. There is so much to do. The staff is super friendly and always willing to help with questions. Highly recommended!

Staff is superb, (professional, knowledgeable
and friendly), especially Yuriko Tanabe, Certified Fitness Instructor.
Gym is clean, quiet and the music is great. Locker room is always clean. Everyone working out is respectful. Never have to wait to use the equipment which is well maintained.

Everyone at the Chandler/Gilbert YMCA are respectful and friendly. They are always available to help or instruct you. They listen to your needs and do everything possible to accommodate you. The class facilitators are experts at leading the exercises, motivating attendees and giving modifications when necessary.
There are several things that I like about the Chandler-Gilbert YMCA:
1. The staff is always friendly and helpful. 2. The equipment is clean and up to date. 3. The building is always pretty clean and so are the washrooms that have an adequate supply of the essentials (toliet paper, paper towels, and soap).
4. The Director is always friendly and open to discuss any concerns that you might have about the building, equipment, and staff.
There are so many activities to choose from. The facility is always clean and the equipment is state of the art and functioning.
