The staff are the greatest. My pooch only attends on Fridays (not every Friday) and the front office staff identify Ruby when she comes in! The cameras in the play area are a good way for me to see how much fun Ruby is having. And if I need additional services, ie nail clipping, it can be done while she is there.
We left our 2 year old German Shepherd at camp bow wow for 6 days and we were happy with how it went. We will be using them for boarding in the future.

Very clean, well- run facility! The staff is friendly and focused on dogs. My dog is excited every time he goes and the facility has high fences for safety and is cleaned several times a day.
My dog is... complicated. She's a lab who loves people. Other animals - not so much. I was hesitant to put her in a "day camp" environment for that reason. When I brought her for the interview (what I've heard referred to elsewhere as a temperament check) Tyler explained the process thoroughly and I got to watch a camera feed while they introduced her to the other dogs - systematically, and again with great attention to each interaction.
Despite her normally being overwhelmed or what I would perceive as rude or mean to other dogs, she acclimated so much better than I expected.
Everyone on the staff seems to know their stuff, to truly love animals, and are all kind and helpful.
If you are a pet owner who is hesitant like me, I'd say it's 100% worth the free interview day to check this place out and see if it's a good fit for you - and of course your pet. :)

CBW has a well trained, caring staff. The facility is clean and sanitary. All the dogs must be up to date on shots and vetted for behavior.
