The best thing about Camp Bow Wow is how much my Frenchie loves to go there. When I tell him we're going to Camp Bow Wow, he begins to "dance" due to his excitement. There's a fairly long traffic light as we get close to the Camp, and he will actually whimper as if to say "just run the light and get me there." He never looks back once we arrive, which lets me know that he's somewhere he loves. He's definitely in safe and secure hands.
I like having the ability to see my dog on line. I like that there is someone with the dogs at all times and that they are separated by temperament and size. The grooming facility is very nice and the dogs are not caged but are allowed to use the play areas after grooming. The staff are knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. I can relax and know my dog is well taken care of.
We love how much our pup loves Camp Bow Wow! She loves the counselors, has made puppy friends, and really looks forward to going to camp!
While I have only been through the interview process, I was very impressed with the way the people at the Strongsville location handled my pup. She has always been a nervous one and they took the extra time and steps to make her feel comfortable and welcomed. She has not had her full day there yet, however, I love how the interview process works and gives me confidence that the staff knows what they are doing and are advocates for each dog that wags their tail there. Super excited to be able to give my dog a full day of activities while both pup parents are at work and don't have to cage her. Thank you Camp Bow Wow of Strongsville, see you soon.
The Staff are always friendly, courteous, and helpful in any way possible. They always take good care of our dogs and are happy to see them. It makes the dogs happy and eager to go to Camp Bow Wow.

My dog drags me into Camp Bow Wow when she gets to go - they're wonderful! And she has been getting groomed there for a few years now - no easy job with her Pyrenees coat - but she always looks amazing!!

Very friendly staff and always so welcoming - to me and my dog! I've brought my dog to other places and I feel the quality of care and attention he is getting at Camp Bow Wow is much better than the others. I know if something were to happen he would be taken care of and I do not worry about leaving him. I thought I would be constantly checking the cameras to keep an eye on him during the day, but I forget because I know he is being taken care of and having fun. You guys are the best.

My pup is always so excited to get to Camp and exhausted from playing all day when she gets home. The counselors take such good care of her. I know she is in good hands while she is there. I love seeing her play with friends when I check the cameras!
The facility is always clean. They are timely and always friendly. My Remmy is a crazy 4 year old yellow lab and they always tucker him out! We love it there.
The friendly greeters who come out to get and return the dog/dogs to your vehicle.
The greeters explain how you dog behaved, how well he got along with the other dogs. Very nice large rooms that they can run around and play in.
Overall no complaints only compliments.
