The staff
I have used Camp Bow Wow daycare and boarding for over 10 years. My current dog is the second they have cared for. Dogs are screened for social behavior before they can stay. Staff monitor to make sure play doesn't get ruff. My dogs have always been happy to enter the premises, a sign they enjoy being there. My current dog gets to spend energy and comes home calm. My last dog could chill and have company. It allows me to run errands or attend activities without the dog getting anxious or building pent up energy.

Camp Bow Wow was great! They were informative, flexible, concerned about the well-being of my dog, and interested in providing great customer service. They kept me informed with how my dog was settling in to her stay, and were accommodating when I had to extend her stay not once, but twice. My only complaint is they can be hard to reach by phone, however they are prompt at returning voicemails and emails. I will definitely consider Camp Bow Wow in the future!
The team at Camp Bow Wow South Shore is AMAZING! Specifically, Katie was outstanding and made us feel very comfortable with bringing our dog there for daycare and boarding. They were very helpful and informative about all services they offer and took the time to make sure we understood everything and answered all of our questions. We definitely recommend Camp Bow Wow to anyone looking for a good place to take their dog for daycare or boarding!
Friendliness of staff; clean facility, happy do when I picked him up.
The professionalism and that my dog enjoys herself there and is happy. Also, the convenience of the hours for pick up and drop off. I like being able to pick her up after getting in town on the weekend.
Camp Bow Wow is a great place for your dog to socialize with other doggies in their day camp which can be half or full day. The facility is clean and the staff is super friendly. I love that I can check in with my fur baby during the day via the website.

Camp Bow Wow takes excellent care of our dogs! They are always so excited to go. I love that I can see them play on the web cam and I love the interaction of the employees with the animals. We use both day camp and boarding services and have always been very pleased.

Camp Bow Wow of Flower Mound is clean, professional, friendly, and like family. They have exceptional customer service, and I recommend them to all my friends with fur babies. My Duke loves going to Camp and I trust them with my fur baby every time he goes.

Great people, great service and great facilities> I also like the Camper Cams. But the best thing is I know I can trust Camp Bow Wow to ensure that my dogs are safe while having FUN! One other thing I like is the bath and grooming service provided if needed. All of these services at a very reasonable price! Can't say enough good things about Camp Bow Wow!
When my dogs come out from the 1/2 day they were so happy and exhausted...That is a great day! Watching the other dogs who have been regulars just running to come in..That is a great Experience to know your dogs will want to keep coming in day after day!
