The people working there are super nice, seem very interested in me and my dog, our friendly and helpful over the phone. I also thought the facility was very clean and like the idea that my dog is only crated for a short break during the day (because he barked the entire time he is put in a crate).
The staff is always very friendly and helpful. Our Airedale Terrier can be a handful, and they are always kind and positive with him.

Every employee was professional, very friendly and obviously genuinely enjoyed interaction with my pet. I especially love the ability to watch my furbaby on camera while she is there. It is comforting to know the employees are animal CPR trained also.
Our dog really loves being at Camp Bow Wow since she doesn't get a lot of interaction with other dogs.

My dog loves it and I can see him when I am away via the Camper Cams. Last time was a little disappointed that his on-screen time was limited, which I believe was due to Covid staffing issues.

I absolutely love Camp Bow Wow and how great the staff are with my fur baby.
We loved the idea of watching our dog on the live cameras! This was her first time and she didn't seem to like ALL the dogs around, but wanted to stay close to the staff. I wish staff had noticed that and gave her more attention or petting.
We added a bath and nail trim-not to happy about the result! The nails were very uneven and someone got very low on others (she has been biting at her feet- which she has never done)! You can still hear her walk! Whatever shampoo was used flaked up and she didn't even smell like she had gotten a bath!
We will be back, but will pass on another bath/nail trim.
Our babies had a great time! I’m so glad we decided to let them spend the week at camp. We will be back! Next time gonna do day drop offs for doggie day outs for them.

I just love everything about Camp Bow Wow Castle Shannon. Charlie is so well cared for and just loves coming to your facility. Everyone that works there is super nice and I dealt with Josh this time and he was amazing. So easy to talk to and all of my questions were answered very well and very professional. Drop off and pickup went very smooth will the new guidelines. Charlie is so happy to spend time with all of you.

My dogs like coming to camp and I feel like they are safe there. I like the report card we get about their time at camp:)
The flat rate. It's clean. The app and you can check on your pet anytime. The rooms are big. No crates
They make our pup feel right at home. He can be a little skittish when it comes to being left at a boarding but they do everything in their power to make him feel comfortable and loved.
