Marley seemed to have a lot of fun. She was very tired when she came home. I'm glad that she got to socialized with other pups. Will have her back soon. It was the first time I have watched a live stream for 4 hours. It's nice to be able to check in on my pup throughout the day.
I felt good just walking in the door for the first time. I was greeted with a smile and I’m glad you’re here attitude. I was given the information I was seeking and signed my dogs up for an interview. I was able to watch my dogs on my phone. I checked a few times during their stay and they were both getting attention from the dog specialists. I am going to board my dogs there for 10 nights and I have no apprehension about it.
My daughter also boards her dogs there.

It's great when there is no one to check on Jack for several hours. It also gives him some time with other dogs. Your staff has always been helpful and courteous. I have told several friends about how convenient it is to drop off and pick up.
We boarded our 8 month old puppy for the first time at Camp Bow Wow Coppell, she was a little shy at first and the counselors did a great job looking out for her and petting her as she wouldn't leave their side. We liked being able to check in on her using the app on our phones. It was great knowing she was doing just fine. Your team is very organized and they seem to enjoy what they do. We'll be back. It's great to know we have an outstanding place to board Callie when we head out of town.

Everytime I looked in on my dogs they always had their tails wagging. Made me feel better knowing they were having fun socializing than stuck at home for long periods of time alone while we were on vacation.

The staff is very personable and eager to answer all questions. They went out of their way to help me with my 9 month old puppy, who is having behavioral issues. We got her as a 2 month old puppy and before we even had her 6 weeks, the quarantines began! As a result, she has only been exposed to my husband and myself since she was a 2 month old puppy, so she has some socialization issues with other dogs. She is a bit afraid to try to “mingle and play.” She has had two free interview days at Camp Bow Wow, which I was very thankful for. She is starting to come out of her shell and even behaves a little better at home. They also helped me with fitting her for a “gentle leader head collar,” which has been a life saver when we go out and about on the leash! Camp Bow Wow has been a good fit for our needs and we will probably enroll our pup in some dog training sessions as my health and schedule allows.
Caring, friendly staff who truly LOVE dogs! I have confidence in them every time my pup goes to CBW that he is well taken care of and loved!
The groomer, Michelle, is a very caring groomer who will work with me. People working there are always courteous, helpful, and upbeat.
Everyone is so friendly and you can tell they truly love dogs and caring for them. I love hearing a summary on my dog's stay when I pick her up. I feel so confident leaving my dog with you!
The availability of hours and the wonderful employees
We have been coming to your facilities for maybe around 5 years and our dog really likes it there and I happy when she is being dropped off. She knows the place and people and if she has to stay overnight at times we feel ok with it since the place treats her as family. We are so happy to have found the place for her

The people and the facilities are top notch, Ozzie just absolutely loves it there!
We love the customer service and attention of care toward our dog. She would over heat in the sun and humidity, they would call us with updates and made sure our dog was comfortable and well cared for. We will definitely use their services the next time we vacation.

Camp Bow Wow is very professional. First of all we like that Calvin seems happy and tired when we pick him up and ready to go when we drop him off! Love the space it has for the dogs. And especially the camper cams to check in once in awhile.

Dante absolutely loves it there. The whole idea of knowing he is safe, getting to play with his furry friends, and in good hands means the absolute world to me. Also seeing how excited he gets prior to going and how exhausted he is when he comes home lets me know he loves it just as much as myself....maybe even more so.
