Camp Bow Bow - Diablo Valley continues to impress. They are our go-to overnight boarding facility for our pet, where we know she will be loved and cared for. We decided this time to also do the Cuddle Time, and we are so happy we did that -- why hadn't we done that before?
Reina took the time to send us pictures and a sweet email update. And when we came to pick up our princess, a handwritten note was waiting for us! What an impact she made!
Walking into Camp Bow Wow makes you feel at ease as soon as you arrive. Sam at the front desk always has a welcoming smile and the calmest demeanor. She is not just so lovely in person, but she is also so wonderful over the phone. She takes the time to check in and chat about how our pet did during her stay.
The team is always so awesome, they go above and beyond. We can't say enough great things about them.

The staff at Camp Bow Wow do a fabulous job of taking care of dogs and giving them individualized attention. It is such a relief to know I can leave my dog for day care or boarding and know they will be safe and happy. I highly recommend Camp Bow Wow

Everything! Camp bow wow is perfect for my active social puppy. He loves the play and train and so do I. It helps with discipline, social training and just overall good obedience. The entire staff love puppy so it’s wonderful to drop him off and pick him ip! Highly recommend!

My dog recently started at Camp Bow Wow and I can’t share enough good feedback! From the staff to the facility, everyone and everything is so nice, well kept, and welcoming. My dog gets excited before we even get out of the car. She always stops to love on the staff before we leave!
Staff are so very professional, responsive and kind. Service is easily and quickly offered, questions are answered quickly, and overall it appears to be a very well run facility. I am feeling very comfortable about leaving my “ babies” there when I go away. Such a relief to know they are in excellent care.
