There was transparency from the initial forms online outlining expected behavior from my dog and myself to the interview where I was able to watch via the cameras and see for myself how my dog was doing, to leaving him there and being able to login to cameras at anytime. This total honesty is rare but comforting when leaving a family member in someone else's care.

Facility is clean. Dogs are not overcrowded. Dogs roam free during day without being crated.

Staff are very friendly and make my fur baby feel loved

We boarded our dog for a week long trip, the longest we've ever been separated from her. I was very anxious to leave her, but luckily the cameras allowed me to check in with her. She was always happy with her tail wagging, or relaxed and resting. The camp was very gracious and ready to help when I called to check in during our trip, and our dog was comfortable with the employees. She was in tip top shape when we picked her up, and the boarding was very affordable especially considering the peace of mind knowing she was cared for properly. We're so happy to be able to rely on Camp Bow Wow when we have to be away. Thank you!

Staff, cameras, enrichment

Very pleasant and nice and information at the front counter.

It is great to have affordable day care and boarding services. But I love the thought and attention that goes into all of the enrichment offerings. The staff was very friendly, answered all of my many questions, and seemed to genuinely enjoy my dog, which made me feel very comfortable leaving him for the first time. I also love the ease of the app, and the live video feed. I like the idea of checking in on my pup from time to time to see how he's doing.

We had an assesment and couldn't be happier with the service.
The owners are so mindful of integrating our dog with the other dogs. They are very good at explaining things to I would highly recommend thos place to take your pup!!

My dog always seems to have a good time and is squeaky clean if I add on a bath to the visit! I love that I can look in on the cameras through out the day for peace of mind.
