I like that the staff personally, directly, and kindly supervise the the dogs during hours of operation. I like that I can see my dog on camera via the app during hours of operation. I feel better knowing that my dog is being properly looked after while I'm away from her.

I love the ease of booking for daycare or overnight camp. The staff is very friendly and professional to deal with. Our dog, Tippy, is how we really evaluate the place. She's always happy to go and enjoys her time playing with the other dogs. She always comes home a happy and very tired camper!

I love the fact that every person who works there loves my girls and treats them very well. I love the fact that they send email health reminders to be sure every dog is properly vaccinated. I love the fact that my girls are happy to go to daycare or boarding which means they have fun and are treated well.
friendly, flexible, detailed with her care and records and all employees are very very loving!! One time I was at a dog park with Nala and a man there said "oh hi, is that Nala?" i was like yes, how do you know her? and he said "'oh I take care of her at camp bow wow. Now Nala is a typical golden doodle, light hair, looks like a lot of doddles. the fact that he was able to know that was her in a totally different state, I live in Tiverton, RI, camp is in Swansea, MA, was incredible to me. and she ran right up to him too. amazing.
The staff is super friendly and warm. They LOVE dogs!!! We feel so comfortable leaving Willy at Camp Bow Wow for an extended period when we are away because we know he’s in great hands. We know he is comfortable there just by his reaction when we get him out of the car. He would almost make a Willy-shaped hole in the wall just to get in quicker!
Kingston was a full time camper for a week this winter. He has trouble with group setting and Camp Bow Wow had a solution for that. It’s called reverse where he would go out with a few dogs who were also boarding there. I also included 15 minutes of individual playtime. He came home a very happy dog which mommy very happy 😊. Thank you Camp Bow Wow for taking such good care of Kingston.
Our pup was very anxious when we dropped him off for the first evening and the staff called/worked with us to get him more comfortable for the night and had a great stay after he was able to play in the morning. Thank you!
Camp Bow Wow is the best! The staff is friendly and welcoming, and the live cams make it easy to watch Cricket play and interact with the other campers. Feeding, any medications and concerns are addressed by the caring staff when boarding.
Half day and full day play times really help with a busy schedule, and additional grooming makes it a win-win!

You all keep my dog safe and I have peace of mind that nothing will happen to him when we are traveling.
