The YMCA staff have excellent customer/client care. They serve you with a kind and caring heart and go an extra mile to explain everything about YMCA to one’s satisfaction . The Training coaches are excellent and walk the through step by step until you catch up with others. All students are very friendly and are ready to assist when ever you need help. I will definitely recommend friends and family to come to the happy place YMCA. Thanks to the management for providing the YMCA facilities to the Communities .
Excellent classes and great instructors. I sometimes attend 2or3 classes in the morning.
It is a very important part of my day and many others that attend every class with me.
The facility is always clean and the front desk people are very friendly even at 530am!
Location
The best thing going for Mckinney YMCA is the front desk and the manager. These wonderful people truly go the extra mile and it is always very much appreciated. If they do not know the answer to a question they will find out. You are treated as if you are their only member.

There are sufficient machines, staff friendly and accommodating, always clean, temperature
always comfortable in a workout facility (never hot!), TVs on elliptical help the time pass more quickly, a relaxed and welcome atmosphere. Thank you!!!

This Facility keeps being absolutely amazing. From the Front desk in the morning (Cindy, Arlene, Brad) to afternoon Front desk, everyone is very professional, extremely helpful and just provide best service. Facility is always super clean.
I can't even say enough about the instructors. They are very caring, engaging, and pay attention to everyone in class to make sure everyone is comfortable and understands the instructions being given. They answer all the questions and really make everyone feel very comfortable and glad to be there. The atmosphere in all the classes is very welcoming and comfortable. I am extremely pleased with quality of classes in this center.
