I like working with Austin, my personal trainer. I love Audry's yoga class and Carole's tai chi class. Ladies at the front desk are so pleasant!
All the equipment I use is top notch! I love the treadmills and the exercise machines. Also, the yoga room I use is great. The staff is friendly and helpful.

I am delighted to find water aerobics teachers AND two classes M-F. As always folks, participating in water aerobics at any Y are friendly.
