Pristine Carpet Cleaning
I have been very impressed with the service. After a visit to my car dealership for an oil change and a brake check, I was told I needed a $1,000 repair. I decided to have your company take care of the brakes because the price was better.
After bringing my car in and a courtesy inspection, I was told my brakes still had about 25,000 miles before they needed replacing. There was no charge for the service and I got a free ride back to my car. You saved me a fortune I didn't have to spend right now. Thank you!

Air Colorado didn’t pass my car’s emissions test due to my OBD not communicating. When dropping off my car at Christian Brothers I was told the diagnostic test would be close to $200. When I got a call back, I was told my OBD was working perfectly and they would be waiving the diagnostic fee. They also did a full inspection on my car with pictures to prove everything. I feel confident knowing my car is perfect now. Their honesty alone would have gotten my business again, however I’m telling everyone how I could have been taken advantage of, but wasn’t. Thank you Christian Brothers. You have made me a customer for life.

The staff is always friendly and does a great job explaining what needs to be done and why. There was a small hiccup during my last visit with the oil cap not be tightened all the way and oil getting all over the engine. Multiple team members contacted me to apologize and made sure it was taken care of asap. These things happen and I wasn't super upset or angry about it, but from offering me a tow if needed to wanting to drop my car off at my house, everyone went out of their way to show how sorry they were it happened and how much they cared that I was 100% satisfied.

Everyone was super helpful. I appreciated the phone call with the overview of possible services. Together, the technician and I chose the most important services for this visit. The only thing I would have liked to receive was an updated sticker on the inside of my vehicle telling me when I needed to come back. And, my check engine light was not reset in my car. Overall, a great experience. I really appreciated the car service back and forth to home since they needed my vehicle all day.

The gal on the phone and in person was really good and kind. It took longer than I was told for the oil change. They said about an hour and a half and it was two and a half hours. It wasn't a big deal this time but had I been on a time crunch it would've have been great. Overall, it went smoothly and was given for information and service.
