Liz Appleton and the front desk ladies! They are always wonderful, accomodating and wildly intuitive in helping all clients from what I have seen. I teach communications and they go above and beyond.

Feeling relaxed the moment you walk in, being greeted by a welcoming staff and offered whatever you would like to drink including wine. And that is just the start of a lovely experience.

Knowing I am going to be well taken care of by Liz and I'm going to walk out of there with incredible hair is the best part of all. Liz is extremely knowledgeable in all their products and each time works on my hair specifically for what is going on with it at the time.

Good customer service, says our oldest child.
When they washed my hair, says our four year old.

For me, it was easy to call and book appointments. Ashlee was very accommodating and even sent me three separate certificates to help honor my ladies special salon trip.
