Everyone was so friendly and flexible and understanding when I showed up for my first microblade appointment only to realize from the disclosure material that I couldn’t swim or sweat for a week which would interfere with a planned trip to jungle rapids. Sunni and team were very accommodating and quickly rescheduled me. Then when I returned everyone again was super friendly and helpful. I absolutely love the results and my new eye brows! Thank you Sunni!

I am always very happy with the service I receive at I Am Salon & Day Spa. One thing that always impresses me are the add-ons and additional options the staff provides. Even though I may not always upgrade my service, it is fun to explore the new options and see what's available. Also... I don't like to chat the whole appointment. I have a 2yo and 4yo at home. For the most part, I just want to sit in silence, quiet my mind, and enjoy being pampered without excess conversation. I am always really impressed when a stylist picks up on the vibe and provides a calming experience for me. Special kudos to Ellie. Is she new at the salon? She did a great job on my hair and was such a pleasure to work with. Quiet, calm, cool, collected, and meticulously checked the cut and made sure I was satisfied with my style and experience. Thank you, Ellie!
