My son, Collin, got his haircut for the first time at I AM and it was a phenomenon cut for him!! He has a lot of hair and his brother usually cuts it…! Thank you guys very much. He will be back

Friendly customer service, quick to respond, happy with how my haircut and color turned out. And people ask me regularly where I get my hair done and I tell them I Am Spa. Had a few people tell me I should be in some kind of commercial. They really liked my hair. Unbeknown to some of them I'm on camera on a regular basis. So I like to look good for the different projects I am doing. It's working for me.

When I got in Brie’s chair, I explained to her what happened to my hair. When I showed her my end goal she the explained to me what we could do and then talk about what we would do next after this appointment. She was extremely thorough and took her time to make sure my hair was done correctly. She cut my hair enough to cut down the damage but not so much because I am going through menopause. I am extremely pleased with how my hair turned out and I’m super excited for my next appointment in January. She’s the best and I would recommend her in heartbeat!

Everybody was extremely personable and fun! They were understanding when I was stuck in traffic and late. Even though I was late, they still got me out in time and everything looked amazing! I wish I lived down there to go there for my hair and makeup needs! Loved my experience!
