What did you like most about your salon experience?

Front desk young ladies are so nice. I got a call before my appointment my stylist was running late. I had the option of coming later for my appointment with my stylist or going to another stylist.
I waited for my stylist because I love the cuts she gives me and my color is spot on.
Extra services available for hair, face and massage.
Atmosphere is pleasant.
Lots of products to choose from e.g. jewelry, bags, bath/beauty products.

I have been going to I Am Salon since 2015, and have seen several hairdressers during that time. I have always been satisfied with my haircuts - they listen to me and do what I ask. I also love the fact that the ladies at the front desk greet me by name every time I walk in there. I love their aveeda hair products, and have no intention of going anywhere else.

I loved everything about it. Calm environment, very nice staff. The stylist listed to what I needed her to do to my hair. Absolutely in love with the way my hair turned out. Already have an appointment to go back.

Camille is always so upbeat and professional. She always remembers our discussions from previous visits. It's just such a joy to be around her. Not to mention that she does an amazing job with my brow waxing and facials!!!

Shannon (new to I AM Salon) made my whole experience amazing. She was so passionate about her job. I had originally come for just a wash and blowout while my daughter got a massage, but ended up getting a fabulous hair cut to go with my plan. She gave me the most relaxing shoulder, neck and scalp massage to start, followed by a hair wash that was most relaxing and followed by a fabulous new layered cut and blowout.... with such fun, interesting conversation the entire time. I highly recommend Shannon, she is wonderful!

Holly was amazing! The best facial I have ever had. Holly not only went above and beyond but she seems as though she really loves what she does! I can't say I see that very often. I immediately booked my next appointment...which I have never done before. Spectacular! 10 out of 10 stars!!!!!!!

Everyone is super helpful, good products, good service. My only issue is that over the last few visits providers and receptionists try too hard to sell more products. It’s getting irritating.
