Rymes themselves are great. It is the company called superior propane that I do not like. They were rude to me. I am on a cash delivery and I paid them for a delivery and they decided they would deliver my fuel 2 1/2 weeks later. But if I owed them they would want the payment ASAP NOT WANTING TO WAIT. But I would go directly to Rymes and pay and order my propane the next time I need it.
