My wife and I have been Rymes/Superior since we moved into our condominium in Durham, New Hampshire over six years ago. During that time, we have had NO problems or issues with the company or its services. The employees that have performed services in our home (propane appliance installations) as well as propane delivery staff have always been courteous, efficient, and punctual. Billing has been accurate with no issues and I am pleased with the prices for propane that is delivered to my association members. I know that I can trust this company to meet all my propane needs and that I will be treated as a valued client.

I like the prompt service, being able to schedule for a delivery on line, being able to make payment online. However, you used to have 30 days to pay the invoice with a discount and now it is 10 days. Let's meet in the middle at 15 days....

I'm very happy with Rhymes propane delivery. I've never experienced any problems so I'm staying with them.

When I have had someone come to the house for service, they have always been professional, polite, and knowledgeable. That is a good combination.

Very prompt service and delivery and that we are very thankful. One thing that could be improved would be having the office in Somersworth open 5 days a week for us old timers who like to pay our bills in person. Every time I have traveled to this location there is always a sign on the door that the office is closed which I find very troubling. I know this will fall on deaf ears, its just my two cents.

Drivers are good. Prices are reasonably competitive but the fees added since Superior takeover are not well explained and should be part of the cost basis. The same fees seem to be added per delivery whether 50 or 150 gallons.

The prices are agreeable and the delivery guy this time around was nice. My husband interacted with him and say he was a nice guy.

Auto delivery makes everything super easy and we love the pre-buy option and have participated many years.

I remain super confused by the Rymes/Superior name and wonder what the point is.

I remain incredibly irritated at VAGUE charges for Hazmat Fees and Fuel Recovery Fees. They are as bogus as Washington DC and a bit enraging with typical corporate style. You leave us no choice and know full well customers do not like it. We don't charge you hazard fees for keeping a path cleared to our tanks during the winter and we are in our 60s and could easily be injured doing so.

Would love to see the ability to have home propane tanks (20 pounders/30 pounders) filled under our customer pre-buy prices to be even more convenient for my customer needs. How about adding that to the next meeting agenda??
