Like the convenience of budget plan and automatic delivery. When we needed any service of equipment it was done quickly. Only complaint I have pertains to the furnace cleaning special you have. In the past when your service people were involved there weren't any problems. This past summer you had I Know A Guy doing the work and he never returned my call to let me know if he could or could not do the cleaning special for you. Other than that no complaints.
I never ever have to worry about oil or propane delivery. The staff are so helpful and friendly. Thank you for being loyal to your customers!!

While you tend to cost more on oil/propane, I always get great service when I call. The drivers are so polite and accommodating. I asked to have monthly deliveries to manage the cost better and you didn’t hesitate to make that happen.
