I have been using Rymes Oil & Propane for five years. In the past I have been an OIL customer.
As an OIL customer I have had excellent delivery and repair service for over four years.

This summer I upgraded my HVAC system to an Inverter Heat Pump (Bosh IDS BOVD20) as primary with a Thermo Pride 95% efficient LP gas furnace (CMC2-75D36N) as a secondary heat source for really cold weather when the heat pump can't produce enough heat.

As part of that switch from OIL to LP Gas I ask Rymes to replace my single 120-GAL LP tank, property of AmeriGas, used for a small gas fireplace, with two 120-GAL tanks along with a delivery of LP to fill both tanks. That was completed this week

A couple of issues have cropped up. They were not caused by Rymes techs but by the equipment installers techs A leak at the LP line connection in the furnace and an under sized LP feed line to the Furnace. Rymes fixed the leak issue, and I will work the undersized line issue with the installer. \ Bob Lail
