I was a customer of Fred Fuller Oil when you took over the business. I was extremely impressed when you agreed to honor the prebuys from existing customers of Fred Fuller's.
This showed you were concerned about the customers and would take care of them. This is why I stayed with you all these years and enjoyed the great service you supply in repair and oil delivery. I cannot say I am too happy with Superior Plus Propane. I don't understand why we have to create new accounts ( which I have not been able to do yet ) and now they want us to send our bills to Boston. I always took pride in dealing with a New Hampshire company and not someone from another state or country.

Over the years you have always taken good care of me. The kerosene price was out of sight but since I have an outside tank, I have no other recourse. I am a single retired person and a senior
discount would be nice. I get the quick pay discount but really.....$7.00 a gallon...Yikes!!!!
The phone service is not as good as it use to be, you could improve that.

Good service when I lived in Nashua on my oil burner. Moved to Newmarket I have prophane and switch back to Rymes for better service. previous dealer was not very good. I wish I could get a little better price. I did everyting to my home to save energy and still paying premium price .
