The staff is very competent, courteous and respectful of the house. Communicated well and answered questions and help educate us on the furnace. Great experience.
The things I like is that you have a very reliable service department that always manage to figure out what needs to be fixed. But one of the things I don’t like is it is really difficult to get through to a person he can take about 15 minutes on hold. Some questions can be answered going through the online system, but sometimes you actually do need to reach a person.
