Quick order to delivery time. When needing service, appointments are made easily and availability was great. The service men/woman have always been very kind and helpful. Prices are always manageable. Every time we have had service for a furnace cleaning it was done quick and the area was left cleaner than when they arrived. They have always been honest when we’ve needed something replaced. Never tried to over sell things that were unnecessary and always gave us options as different price points to be sure we can fit whatever it may be in our budget. They will always answer any questions thoroughly so the customer understands. On top of all of those great qualities listed, the delivery drivers always wave to my daughter who stands in the window waving to them incessantly which shows great customer service and care.
Your prices have been fair. When I call, I actually get to speak to a real person who speaks English. The transition from Rymes Propane to Superior Plus was seamless.
I can trust that deliveries will be on time. A billing issue I had was quickly and efficiently resolved in one day.
Your Service Team representative Denise helped me with a problem I had. I wondered why Rymes was $5,099 a gallon and all other oil companies in NH were in the $3.50 range. She was wonderful and I really appreciated her understanding.
Service onsite is very good, the call center needs to be improved as I called twice in the past month and waited on the phone for 25 minutes both times...
I like the idea of being able to speak in person any concerns I may have.
It is more of a relationship that develops when you have a repore with the business that offers a service. Customers know when a company real cares or when you are consider an account number only. Building a relationship with your customers also strengthens trust.

The only thing that causes me concern about your service is something out of your control. I about ainted when I saw the cost per gallon of heating oil. It used to be close to the cost of diesel for cars, but now is really much more expensive. I tried to log into my account to pay the bill, but was given a message that my email address, Email address removed, does not appear in the data base.
