I wasn’t home when the truck came. I knew they came because the invoice was on my e-mail the next day. I couldn’t find the receipt that usually is left but didn’t need it as everything I needed was on the invoice. I usually have no difficulty with your drivers. I have always had very friendly drivers.

AC works better than I thought it would coming from a Natural Gas environment. Response from company to emergency was quick and complete.
