The Pickleball lessons are super, as is the instructor, Darren. However, there are not enough courts! We only have one and one half courts to use! As popular as Pickleball is, you need more courts.
Ms. Marissa is the best gymnastics teacher! She has great energy and strategies to keep young kids engaged, demonstrates everything she expects the kids to do, and is great at being flexible if needed. We love her!
I’ve enjoyed working with my trainer Tyler. I enjoy the gym and it’s nice there is a track. The hours are great also.
I only swim and use the gym
The Y has a good variety of classes and programs. The facilities are average, but the staff and instructors are awesome. The facility also has a warm, inclusive and inviting feel to it.
I like the indoor track.
It has a variety of programs to appeal to all ages. I especially enjoy the pool- It is part of my therapy. However lately it has been cold and I and others have been getting conflicting reasons why. Last week I only went once and left early because I was so cold. I was so spasmed and stiff I could barely walk. This is not enjoyable. In the past I would attend at least 3 times a week sometimes 4-5. Hopefully this temperature can be improved
I swim laps. I have not used other programs. But, I am aware of the various options. There are many programs I find interesting. I have bad knees and lap swimming keeps all of my body in good shape without damaging further my joints.

I love Joann's gentle flow yoga class.
The facility is always clean, including the bathrooms. Staff members & personal trainers are consistently friendly & helpful. Before the pandemic, however, there were some low impact classes for active older adults that were scheduled for early in the day. If, possible, I would like those classes to return. Beth was the instructor. I’d also be interested in yoga classes scheduled early.

Dedicated, engaged, competent instructors and professionals! Wonderful, caring and friendly environment! It is a wonderful place to come and workout and bring our children to engage in programs to develop, learn and stay fit. Great for mind, body and spirit!
Good variety of programs and activities
Loved your teachers and choices of water aerobics! Love the hot tub! Love that you have a pickleball skills session for newbies! The North Y is closer to me and I live it as well but was a great option when our pool was closed!

As an elderly patient, or I should say, lady, I need exercise in the water programs that you offered help to easy activity level. Ok

Any chance the outdoor tennis courts could be converted to pickleball courts given the huge numbers of people participating?
