Very helpful staff and great members.
It’s smaller so not as intimidating the front desk staff are SO NICE. I love all the ladies in my group fitness on Wednesday nights. Just we could have body pump here every Saturday too! Last, Jayce is the best! She’s helping me get a good program down since I’m brand new at this.

The Litehouse family YMCA has a phenomenal atmosphere, new equipment, friendly staff, and is a great gym to get a good workout! As a man in a wheelchair, I love that a few key machines are accessible. It really makes it easy to hit the essential muscle groups regardless of my handicap. The environment of the gym-goers is very friendly. I've seen old, young, experienced, and novice clients get treated very respectfully. Overall, I hit this gym two times a week, and have been really enthused with it!
Good cost, close to home and my son loves it
I recently ran the Turkey Trot and it was well organized! I ran it with a couple of friends and we all were very impressed! From getting the packets to a well marked trail, with plenty of volunteers to point you in the right direction and it was timed! Then the food at the end was awesome! All of this takes hard work and planning in advance! This to me speaks loudly to me that this Y has dedicated and hard working staff!

Master Ramos is great! She does an excellent job catering to the skill set and attention span of different age groups. She is always pushing the students to strive for more in a fun and encouraging way that keeps them engaged in the process.
