Staff and clients are great
Swimming laps in the pool. Wonderful pool!
I attend water exercise classes with Suzette and she makes them interesting and helpful. Would recommend them and her to anyone.
Suzette is a wonderful trainer…. Motivational, caring, hugely knowledgeable and pushes me a bit more each time
My daughter had the time of her life this week! Every day, she came home bursting with stories—like the day she and her friends found a grasshopper and made it their pet for a while. The staff were consistently warm, patient, and welcoming. I truly appreciate the diverse and inclusive environment—it all comes together beautifully. We’ll definitely be back next year!
Great staff. Clean facility. Workout equipment all new and pool is in great shape.
Found Princeton YMCA to be very welcoming space to seek and foster a variety of services for overall health and wellbeing.
Gym was well maintained with good equipment; opening hours were appropriately long; however some users (especially some young men) had an unfortunate tendency to slam/drop weights all over the place, which the staff did not confront them about because they were all friends; otherwise the users were on the whole considerate
I love the exercise to music classes, swimming pool, the friendly people who work there.
My son comes home everyday happy and looking forward to the next day. If I had any questions or concerns I was listened to and not viewed as a burden. On very hot days they make sure that the children are inside a lot of the time. When I pick my son up I see counselors interacting and playing games/sports WITH the kids not just watching them.
All of the staff are super nice and great to my kindergartner. This is his first year at YMCA camp and he loved it. The activities are great. We will be signing him up again next year.

It is a welcoming place, which does an excellent job of offering a variety of programs that demonstrate its commitment to serving the diverse needs of its neighboring community.
Suzette is an excellent instructor in the Aquafit class. She is upbeat and gives us a good workout.
Staff was great. Welcoming and accommodating.
I've mainly been using the fitness center. My experience is that the equipment is high quality and well-maintained. There are a good number of stations such that I can always access whatever I want to use without delay. The facility is clean and pleasant, and staff is friendly and helpful.
Flexible passes, friendly receptionists, nice pool
The efforts coaches put into the programs, flexibility of the schedules.
They are very welcoming! Great place and Kind staff.
The kids have a lot of fun. They enjoy the games and the activities that is at the camp. It was easy for them to transition and the daily swimming is a bonus!
The basic stuffs are not taken attention
1) Head injury risk occurs due tot the fact if 2 swimmers swims in same lane in opposite direction. I see many a times life guard is not even blowing whistle or help
2) The 6 weeks program the tutors are outside the pool giving instructions not going or helping kids to swim in proper way.
3) while jumping the kids are not taught the technique of how to jump they randomly jump and it will create injury to their legs and stomach.
Landing technique with proper posture is not taken care
The facility, reception staff, playroom attendant, and the judo engagement is phenomenal. Very kind staff and attention to the parents are strong positives.
The leadership team has also gotten much better in setting standards for "overly enthusiastic parents" who hover at the pool...in the past the parents would be disruptive to the instructors by standing on the edge of the pool and impeding the learning experience.
There are 2 areas that still require improvement:
1. The swimming instructors for 5-9 years olds vary in discipline and focus; a couple spend more time talking to their peers than they do focusing on the kids; at times causing concern that their inattentiveness is not safe optimally for the children...and neither is the loud music that is played during the sessions. This is a safety risk.
2. Even though the reigning in of the over zealous parents has gotten much better, there are still 1 or 2 parents that pace back and forth in front of the other parents and stand poolside; blocking the view of parents from seeing their children. These parents need to have the standards enforced and, unless there is a safety issue, need to be seated and out of the way of the instructors and the other parents.
Overall - an 8 out of 10 experience with a few minor adjustments could be resolved quickly. Set a high standard and the adults will meet them.
The availability of many sessions from which to choose is good.
Thank you for allowing me to workout at the weight room and the staff is all really nice and I really appreciate the staff and cleanliness. I will say on the flip side although I would not use it their is only a sauna available to the woman which I think is wrong.
Friendly staff, well-maintained pool, adult basketball league, modern weight lifting equipment.
Locker rooms could use an upgrade.
I’m a new member and I am impressed with the workout room. Up to date, well functioning weight machines, all in working order. So many cardio options too!
Layout is great.
Staff is very friendly.
I wish there were midday classes.
Showers are needing upgrading visually speaking. I haven’t used them though mostly because I haven’t had a chance to check them out and they look a bit homely. But if upgrading means a price increase, I’m satisfied with how they are now I suppose ( considering I haven’t used them).
Ballet instructor and studio
The staff are very helpful.
The attention and care given especially in the gym. A special shoutout to Suzette who always has time to answer my questions and keep me motivated. Also the quality of the classes especially the stretching classes with Elizabeth
Our family loved the "Hoops House" basketball program! The drills were age appropriate with the right amount of challenge, it feels like the perfect foundation to build upon. I think this age range makes it accessible, not too intimidating for them. We would love to continue with this during the rest of the year.

I like the classes, especially Spanda and Yoga. The teachers are great.
